Our yarn arriving from the U.S.A. is loaded onto knitting machines and turned into rolls of fabric. Then the fabric gets rinsed, dyed, and stabilized in our dye jets. The fabric is dried and compressed to the right density. Finally, the fabric is cut using small robots or cookie-cutters that create the different parts of the garment that will then be sewn together.
